Photographer’s Note
This woman and her baby were relaxing in front of their house near Wat Bo Langka. Neither of them minded that I stopped and took a few shots; they were enjoying each other far too much to care.

Very touching shot Ian. Very well exposed in what looks like tricky lighting. Nice work.

A nice moment indeed, and the orange and the brown old walls have a nice complementarity. The pot on the right is a bit strong, almost like a 3rd important element in the shot. But what to do? It's always a challenge, show daily life as it is, people and things and at the same time, de-cluster as a compo what is normal miscellany in a home or anywhere. I think of light bulbs in temples and stalls, wires almost anywhere, etc...

A warm & fuzzy shot of mother & child. Well managed lighting & good color & sharpness. A superb daily life shot. Well done!
