Photographer’s Note
Yes it is another sunset shot (Christmas Day '03), sorry if it's a bit clichéd. This is taken from West Railey Beach, it is easy to see why it's commonly known as sunset beach.
It is a relaxing place to sit on the sand with friends, have a beer and a chat as you watch the last light of the day dissapear over the horizon.

Although there are so many sunset shots out there, you have at least managed to make this one unique with the silhouettes of several boats in the distance on either side of the sun itself. The person standing in the center and the dark mass of land on the left side also help to complete the compostion. Normally the fact that you have centered the sun itself would detract from the composition, but in this case I am inclined to think that one is hardly bothered by it given the other elements at work. Nicely done.
