Palais des Congrès 03 Photo

Photographer’s Note

This is a different shot of the escalators in the Palais des Congrès than the one I posted last week. The sun was striking the exterior of the building from a very low angle at this time of day, so it was casting nice long streaks of light through the multi-colored windows, and producing deep shadows at the same time.

I also posted a different view on TrekLens a few minutes ago.

I did virtually no post-processing on this one, just adjusted the levels, then sharpened and resized the image before uploading it.

J'ai souvent passé devant cet endroit de l'extérieur, mais de l'intérieur, je dois avouer que ton point de vue est très intéressant. J'aime beaucoup la luminosité et le reflet sur le plancher. Sobre et bien fait.

WOW! I saw the one on TrekLens which made me look at this one. Very nicely done. Great angles, colors, lighting, sharpness. Very cool! JP

WOW! These colors and reflections are great!! I like the wide angle view very much in this photo. As nice as the one in TrekLens looks, I prefer this one for its varying shapes and interplay of shadows. The colors at the back of the staircase were beautifully captured.

Wonderful shot with nice reflection.First I thought it was a night shot but after careful examination I find glass panels are lighted by sun light.
I am very happy to see Thanks for sharing.

I prefer this after I saw the one on TL. Powerful and great colours. Nice composition.
