Photographer’s Note

This shot was taken during my trek in Sikkim, a state of India. If I remembered correctly, this resting point was known as Thoska, the last village during our ascend to our highest point. We stayed there for one whole day to acclimatize. The small house in the background is a Bhuddist monastery, the lady in red is one of our trekkers.

the atmosphere in this photograph is very nice.
the deep green and the whitish foggy sky create that dreamy, mystic atmosphere in the photograph
and little dash of red brings in the touch of reality and warmth

I love the enigmatic place and its "mist"erious environs... the white of the mist always rocks with the green of the wild... I love the red and the reflection of the hut... a nice composition...
