I took this picture in Florida... From the balcony I was watching the sunset and I just loved it so I took a picture.

the view is beautiful and the buildings seem like legos.. it would be better to crop the palm on the left corner.. welcome to TE Charlotte! :)

Hi Charlotte, welcome to Trekearth. I like very much the illumination and the composition of your photo. The soft color of the sky is very nice. And the reflexion of the buildings in the water provide a interesting effect to the photo. Good job.

This is a very interesting and wonderful picture! The sunset makes the buildings stand out ans the water seems very soothing! Great shot!

Very nice photo! It first I was thinking about cropping the palm tree and place the buildings a little bit lower, but it would be boring, technically correct picture. This palm tree gives some sort of a stamp to the lower left and it's what makes this photo so special. The colors, the contrast, all very good.
Nice POV, I envy you (is it correct? Envy? Eh, my spelling) about having an opportunity to be at that place!

Hi Charlotte, beautiful sunset, i'm glad that you took this picture and share with all of us.

The Palmtree silhouete really looks good and adds a tropical feeling the compo.

Hello Chatlotte, what makes this picture worth while is that the structures on the background are boxy, and symmetrical?...the palm trees on the left add a bit of tropic to the scene, and of course the colour of the sunset is the caribbean. Nice composition.
