Photographer’s Note
The Pinnacle Lookout overlooking the Tweed River Valley. The Pinnacle is a volcanic trachyte plug on the right of this image. Taken from the Border Ranges National Park, NSW, which adjoins Lamington National Park in Qld. This area is also a part of the Mt Warning shield volcano, last active 20 million years ago.
This part of the Border Ranges is over 1100 metres above sea level.

wow, what a spectacular view, chris!
i really do like it - particularly the way you gave us a reference for the place you were shooting thanks to those fg bushes and trees;
nice scattered patchwork of the fields on the small hills;
very pleasent view, jerzy

Hi Chris,
What a beautiful view from here. A photo with great POV, well contrast, and rich in colors. I like the color continuously changes from green foreground to blue background. An excellent photo.

namaste chris,
good view of which a well taken shot was indeed needed.i think the trees at the bottom of the image are the most important objects due to their contrasting colours with the greens below.i can see some noise in the form of grains but as this is a relatively old photo you can expect that but the clarity especially that of the greens below and the trees are excellent.nice work.
regards,
ravish.

Hi Chris!
Again a grandiose overview from an interesting landscape!Looks like the air was a bit foggy this gives a nice,soft light.
Also very interesting how one color runs into the other,-this gives an effect like a painting.
Well done!

Salut Chris,
Quel point de vue, ohhhhhhh, c'est haut!
Il t'as fallu combien de temps pour grimper là haut?
J'aime cette perspective, magnifique paysage!
Bien joué.

Hi Chris,
A cool and refreshing scenery. It is soothing for the eyes and the soul. I love the distant mountains. Great tones and atmosphere. It interesting how you can keep these for so long. Thanks and regards.

Impressive scenary Chris. It lamost looks like a shot taken from an airplane. I like how you have framed this with the trees on the bottom that give a natural frame.
Another shot that's over 20 years old, you have quite an impressive library of images.

It really looks like a painting, Chris. The high POV is excellent and the haze adds some mood. I like the rows of dark green trees that run like veins through the bright fields. Just beautiful.

Hi Chris,
A fantastic painting like image. In a way reminds me Hunderd Wasser. I don't know why..
The pattern looks amazing. Putting the trees and the small hill in front increase the depth perfectly. The misty look of the slopping background hills completes the scenery. Well done.
Thanks for sharing...

Bonsoir Chris,
