I have only monks around monastries .. this is an contrasting background and makes the picture very very interesting. I wish there was some more information about the place and the monks. thanks for sharing. cheers!

in a way, THIS is the first image that came to my mind when i saw yours. ok so quality wise you have a long way to go, but atleast the eye is there
there seems to be an excessive blue layer on the photograph, which is reducing the impact of the photograph. i'll try to give you a workshop here

great contrast beetween the city and them, between the orange of their robes and the blue skylight! A nice shot really.
