Photographer’s Note

This was one of the beautiful bays we entered while on a diving trip at the Similan Islands in the Andaman sea, west of Hat Khao Lak. This is island number 8 (9 islands in total). Walked across fine white sand past whale skeletons and monitor lizards (no relation, I hope). We finally climbed up to the big rock in the centre for a spectacular view of the Similans.

Hi,
I like thedifferent colors. The grey/green in the middle delimits well the blue of the sea and the blue of the sky.
But my point of view is that ther is to much sea, and not enough sky.

This is a beautiful shot. I like the blue of the water better then the sky, so I like that it has more sea then sky.

However if you could have waited until there was some sort of clouds in the sky and balance the amount of sea and sky in the picture that would have been cool as well.

Did you take this from a boat? Giuseppe
