Such a cool shot. The scene is quite busy, but my eyes locked on the portrait of Putin rather quickly. The right hand side of the frame is very attractive as well and really makes your compo pop. Great photo-journalism here. Well done.

Correct DOF fixes one's eyes right on the main subject.
Good documentary, but would gain a bit from different crop.

I wouldn't touch the crop actually, the crop is excellent the way it is. The multilayering and diffused close subjects draw your eye directly to the girl and isolates her from the visual mess around her.

I really like the guy entering the frame from the right-- gives it that spontaneous feel. You've managed to create "order in chaos" incredibly well (that's what I like to call this sort of photography).
