Photographer’s Note

This marvellous castle spans the "Cher" river within a natural framework where water, the greenery and the gardens are proportioned harmoniously.
Its buildings add to picturesque of their situation the elegance of their architecture and their decoration.

This day there was more than 200 Japanese tourists among the thousand of visitors. I thus reserve the continuation of the visit for forthcoming occasion.

Hi Didi, You have done an excellent job to take a picture agaist the sun light. You have place the third perfectly. The lighting are well balanced. The composition of this picture is great.

La recette est la même que pour Amboise mais a toujours autant d'effet! Ici, la lumière est encore plus fabuleuse car l'eau est aussi éclairée ce qui est du plus bel effet, bravo Said!

Hello Didi. It's amazing what appealing details you keep finding when having a closer look at the arched bridges. In this one, again there is an appealing rhythmic quality established by the repetition of the arches, and even more so by the golden glow the sun creates on the stonework, and on the water surface. Very well seen and presented.

Très intéressante cette prise.
La dernière ligne sur le haut est parfaitement droite, une superbe lumière qui apparait à l'intérieur de ces arches qui se répètent, et un superbe cadrage.

Beautiful lightning in the arches of the bridges. It almost seems to be the result of PP and a picture for TL, but when you look well you can see clearly that the picture is pure. Well done.

Façon très originale pour éviter 200 touristes japonais!:~))! Et avec un beau résultat en prime! La photo est très belle, le reflet de la lumière sur l'eau sous les arches du pont est magnifique. Bravo.

Très bien vu ces arches voûtées laissant s'écouler le Cher avec cette superbe couleur dorée s'infiltrant à travers les piles du pont.
Beaucoup de détails et de netteté dans cette prise de vue.
Une photo qui ne manque pas d'élégance.

Une prise avec une répetition de formes interessante. J'aime vraiment la couleur de l'eau qui est ensoleillé. On dirait un mer d'or. Point de vue original et qui me donne envie de jeter un nouveau regard sur les ponts de mon coin de pays.

Le jeu de lumières est parfait, la répétition interessante.
C'est vraiment un très bonne composition, artistique, avec des couleurs naturelles, un très bonne restitution de la pierre de la Loire.

Excelent enquadrement and perspective of this old bridge. Graphism, artwork and excelent capture of light and water reflexions. A simphony of grey and gold. A simple but excelent effective result, and also a diffrerent presentation that you show us.

Hi Didi,
Very well seen, I really like the islands of light between the archs of the bridge. The repetitious pattern creates a nice composition and the textures are well rendered.

Very nice photo!
I like the way the warm light is coming from onder the brigde and the repetition of shapes. Maybe I would have taken it a bit higher, with more bridge and less water. But, this is also very nice.

Ce jeu de lumières (que le cadrage met particulièrement en valeur) est somptueux et très bien vu. Très bon cadrage serré, un peu mystérieux même.

Une bonne prise de vue de la rivière Cher et du pont du châteaun de Chenonceau qui l'enjambe. La photo a une bonne composition, netteté et de belles couleurs. Bonne journée.
