| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Two years ago I went on a family trip to Granda, Spain. A varied and cultural city, it was a great place to explore. Many little alleyways like this were dotted between major shopping streets and big department stores. Each one took you past a thousand colourful stores, to a plaza or a street or a big building or even to a dead end.
Incense burned, drums beat and people talked.You could see haggling and arguments, friends meeting and laughter, tourists looking for a bargain and locals strolling.Every street a hidden gem, begging to be explored. This one particulary interested me, the sun was filtered through a cloth overhang, adding to the atmosphere and shading you from the heat. |

Hi Brendan!
Great picture to start your collection. I like your composition. The colors and sharpness are good too. Nice Daily Life shot.
Regards and welcome to TE.

Hi Brendan and welcome on TE !
Interesting picture, the portrait format is good.
I think it's too dark, I made a workshop.
hi brendan, not an easy job that to keep up with your father, kev is an excellent photographer; and you have a good luck to be close to such a teacher!
as for the photo - i know the place, was there twice (last time 3 and a half years ago) and i know it is not that easy to shoot there an ideally light-controlled picture;
anyhow - a good start and keep going!
bw, jerzy
