Photographer’s Note

this is another photo of the building located next to the cathedral in roskilde. what attracted my attention was the intensely bright yellow colour of the walls. i got fascinated with the exterior of the building (which is now museum of contemporary art), took lots of photos and most of all wanted the colours to look on the photo as intense and bright as i saw them.

I like the simple colors and composition. The diagonal line leading to the doorway in the end is rather nice. I think a slightly tighter crop can improve this.

Nice play of light and shadows. Excellent details of the wall and stones. Beautiful yellow colour. Nice touch of blue peaking through the archway.

It seems that you like to capture views with arches. I als like arches. The mystery behind the door. Also very nice sun colors. Warm image. Congrats Robert.
