Photographer’s Note

In many of the photos, the budas are like religious symbol, and the faithfuls always are in attitude of respect and oration.
In this occasion I liked to see one more a more worldly part of Buddha, and calmly the worker seated in his knee to make more comfortably his work.
The difference of size between the statue and the man makes an impression.

I've been there last august and I think I visited this workshop between Mandalay and Sagaing. It was a wonderful day around Mandalay, especially with the buddhas and pagodas everywhere... Thanks for reminding me this and for sharing your souvenirs...
