Reflections on deep blue Photo

Photographer’s Note

The shot is from Litohoro, from an area called Varikos. This place is very close to the sea, so many small rivers and creeks coming from Olympos and up here, and a little after to Thermaikos gulf. Farmers are having a hard time every year, especially at winter, to keep the water away from their farms, however the scenery is beautiful for nature lovers and photographers... Iloved it too!

I took the shot late at the afternoon, taking advantage of the beautifull colours of the sky at that hour and the lovely landscape.

Beautiful colors you captured here, I like also the reflection on the water. My only suggestion would be to crop a bit on the right to give more character to the tree. Very well done, TFS Iris

Εξαιρετική... Τι εξαιρετική, εντυπωσιακή θα έλεγα. Η αντανάκλαση του δέντρου στο νερό κερδίζει τις εντυπώσεις. Φοβερά χρώματα στις αποχρώσεις του μπλε και καταπληκτικός χαμηλός φωτισμός. Αν προσθέσεις και τον εξαίσιο ουρανό, έχεις μιας πρώτης τάξεως φωτογραφία! Μπράβο Έλενα!

This is a beautiful use of blue. The shape of the bridge is like in some old Japanese woodblock prints. Excellent work.
