Photographer’s Note
The wonderful Taj Mahal, a true wonder.
It has been photographed so much, it's hard to find an original way to photograph it, but I tried...
In Infra Red it is just as beautiful as the original, only different.
Tripods are not allowed in the Taj, so i used a stone bench to get the stable long exposure.

ah ah, just after Adam changes his TOS telling us that no more infra red photos are allowed, you come up with this... great! You've succeeded to turn the ordinary into an original image. The Taj Mahal is more beautiful than ever. Looking forward to see your next posts from India.

interesting - I'm just not very comfortable with the palace not being centered....

Nice shot Gilad!
I have a friend of mine (Vic "kaychambers") is heading there this afternoon.
This is a very unique shot of the Taj, one which I surely have not seen before. I find the Infra Red fitler quite interesting- as I've never used it before. I'll have to go and buy one.
Cheers!

Its unique in a way. The colors are though the composition is not all that creative. But this is one of the most photographed buildings in the world so it is literally impossible to get a totally original composition. Its been photographed millions of times. You did find a way to get creative there and show us something a bit new. Good.

Once again your fascinating experimentation with infra-red has produced some amazing results. As was said before, the off-center composition offers us a unique view of the Taj Mahal. Watch the noise next time. Great work!
