Here is another photo from a visit to the Neue Pinakothek in Munich.
Many world-famous paintings are exhibited here but also impressive sculptures. The sculptures of the sculptor Adolf von Hildebrand (1847-1921) are perfect in form.

A simple but interesting capture of this
exhibition. The human presence adds life but the foreground statues get all the attention here. They surely dominate the scene.

Lovely sculptures whose beauty is enhanced by the black and white treatment with superb sharpness. The oblique view has provided depth and made the composition interesting. The couple is positioned perfectly and framed by the two sculptures.
Thanks for sharing and have a nice day.

The image is well composed with a pleasing balance between the three sculptures. The couple admiring the paintings introduce a human element to the scene. Excellent conversion to black and white.

this picture is very appealing for me. I like how the human factor has been shown in three different ways: live people, statutes and people on the paintings. It is amazing how well they correspond with each other. The chosen POV and the whole framing is very much to my liking. Well done for nice contrast and sharpness as well.
Thanks for sharing

I like very much this elegant and quiet scene that gains dynamism through your excellent use of perspective and becomes vibrant thanks to the wonderful contrasts. There's great depth and the light is diffused with mesmerizing mildness. I love the three different ways of presenting the human body: the sculptures, the paintings and the real people. All the bodies portrayed have intriguing plasticity and convey different messages. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great evening,

A nice meeting of real people and sculptures/paintings. I like the good depth created by the three sculptures in a row and how the two visitors are framed by the nearest sculptures. The way all three sculptured men have very different postures give a good rhythm to the view. As always the greyscale is excellent. Your talent for showing exhibitions and the visitors is surely way above the average.

Good morning Wolfgang,
B&W format perfectly match the indoor's environment in the museum hall. Yet, I am quite sure the colors of the paintings are most intriguing - but maybe a difficult task to balance against the white sculprues.
Fine taken with good POV between the exhibits.
