Just one of the many churches on the harbour side of the town of Pothia on the Greek island of Kalymnos.

What a composition Brian. You did it with mastery here. Love the layers of colours. The buildings are superb, especially that one in middle with dome. Great light and fine colour tone. The depth is just outstanding. Superb work. Tfs.

Great capture from a good POV. Lovely colours of the buildings climbing the hillside. What a sight to wake up to each morning opening the shutters and looking at this busy harbour.

A finely composed image featuring this delightful seaside town. The all-dominating church placed just off-centre makes a great focal point. I like the way the light plays across the sea in the foreground. The image is nicely lit and has excellent colours and clarity.

What a fine shot of the coastal town taking the shape of the hill behind. I like the lovely saturated colours, specially the blue which catches the eye instantly. Splendid shot, thanks for sharing.

The church dominates the scene nicely, from its strong compositional position, but it, also, has a good lead line from the road and its associated line of boats. The scene bathes in a warm glow ... ah, nostalgia!
I think, maybe, I would crop the tree bank from behind the top houses. It has a tendency to distract from the focal part of your shot. Just a thought!
Have a great day,

Fabulous blues: the water pulls that colour out in all the rest of this glorious scene. What a fine success.

bellezze e colori della Gracia condensati in una composizione dal formato quadrato che ben si presta allo sviluppo verticale del borgo.
Eccellente la nitidezza ed ottima la composizione.
Perfetta la saturazione
Ciao e buon fine settimana

Jolie composition exploitant bien cette église et les bateaux à quai. L'endroit a beaucoup de charme;

another lovely panorama of the Greek port. No wonder your stay there resulted in so many lovely pictures - I would not put away my camera probably for one moment there.
The colors of the town are really amazing and the crowd of boats adds even more to the whole mosaic. However I like how you left little bit empty sea in the corner which makes the composition lighter.
The church in the middle of the town is very interesting and definitely eye catching
Thanks for sharing and enjoy your weekend

beautiful place and superb presentation of it!
I must say combination of your POV with strong graphics of the image works here well and makes the image so spectacular.
Have a nice sunday

so is this one of those single hdr shots? looks like it.
In so many of these Greek Island photos, we see the homes on the hillsides, but usually just on the lower portions of the hills...have you noticed that too or is it just me?
love the views of the buildings, they look fantastic and so sharp! its fun to see the steep street on the left side too.
excellent light and colors all around,
nice shot once again
