Photographer's Note

Rua Queimada Baixo, Funchal.

Sometimes, there are some streets that invite you to laziness. Rua queimada Baixo, just above the Cathedral of Funchal, is one of them.

But despite all its charms, we continued our trip. Neither the tables, waiting for consumers, nor the garlands of crepe paper flowers that enliven the sky of a few streets of Funchal (including rua Queimada Cima, just after this one, and the very touristy Rua de Santa Maria) have managed to make us bow.
