The old bridge of Bragança was for hundreds of years the only crossing over the river Tua at Mirandela city.
The long horizontal board originally was based on twenty unequal arches, a distance of 230 m. Currently there are only eighteen arches reinforced with triangular hoist tides on both sides of the bridge.
The masonry units are of granite ashlars. The board was initially paved, tarred lying today. The original stonework guards guards were replaced by iron in the late nineteenth century. Nowadays the bridge is only serving pedestrian traffic and is one of the iconinc symbols of the city.

The reflections on the water are assets to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and the colours of the architecture of the bridge. The good luminosity is giving nice tints to the colours. Have a nice day.

I call this an "eyes-glasses" reflection, wonderfully taken from the askewed POV.
A fine shot applied.
