Photographer’s Note

Dingle, Europe's most westerly town and sheltered by hills on three sides, the harbour is one of the world's natural beauty spots - home to an active fishing fleet and resident dolphin - FUNGI. It has a diving centre, sailing club, art galleries, traditional craft and excellent accommodation. Dingle has many eccentric & colourful pubs and fine restaurants, offering entertainment and traditional Irish music unique to the area.

C'est un bel endroit que ce petit port de Dingle, j'y suis passé lors de mon premier voyage en Irlande.. il y a pas mal de temps et j'avais adoré,. Joli clocher carré et maisons colorées.. Les ports sont des lieux toujours intéressants, surtout sur le côte Atlantique.. .

Bonsoir Léonie. J'aime bien ta composition avec ces 3 petits bâteaux de pêche côtiers et l'avant du plus gros chalutier avec ses amarres en travers de la photo. Le second plan avec les maisons colorées et les collines en arrière plan sont aussi intéressants et l'ensemble donne une belle image du port de Dingle et donne envie de visiter la région. Peut-être un jour ?

Well composed view of a fishing harbour. The fact that the boats in the centre are red adds to the impact in the shot.

Salut Léonie,

Comment cela va t-il, nous on est parti un peu en basse Normandie, je prepare mon voyage en Irlande ;-)

Superbe ta photo, j'adore l'arriere plan, mis en valeur par un premier plan, un peu sombre. il me semble que la photo est un poil chargé, cela dit la composition est tres tres bonne.
