Nothing beats a deserted, white sand beach...
This one was taken on the island of Ko Kradan, in southern Thailand (Trang province) back in 2006. At that time there was just one resort there and it was closed, so the beautiful long beach was empty - the place could only be reached on a long-tail boat form Koh Mook.
Don't know if the place is still so quiet now though...

Nice shot with the dead wood in the foreground overlooking a fine sea with beautiful sky. This part of the beach is rather quiet and with the sand looking like that, this is an inviting shot.
Thanks and have a nice day.

what a stunningly beautiful beach. the colours of the sand, the sea and the sky all combine to produce a wonderful coastal scene. i love the textures of the wood in the foreground and the positioning of the branch as it leads the viewer across the scene adding interest and depth to the picture.
