The Tuareg are a Berber people with a traditionally nomadic pastoralist lifestyle. They are the principal inhabitants of the Saharan interior of North Africa.
He blends into the curves of the Sahara desert dunes.

Cette photo ressort de la galerie car elle est très belle. J'aime beaucoup le choix du sujet et la manière de le mettre en valeur en utilisant la faible profondeur de champs. Les couleurs sont magnifiques.

A real beauty of a shot here, Gilad - brilliantly framed with the dunes rolling out behind the figure, and the colors and light are brilliant, practically leaping from the screen. An ideal POV gives us a sense of the figure staring out over this incredible landscape, while the DOF keeps our focus more on him than on the dunes themselves. Outstanding work.

Hello, a gorgeous desert image with bold strong colors. Excellent use of dof to blur the bg asndf briong attention to the Tueareg man. I saw a National Geographic special on the Tuareg. The crew followed them for six months as they crossed the desert to sell salt. It is a right of passage for 12-13 year olds. Of course nowe with the advent of the auto, nomadic tribes will change.
Have a great new year,

Great staging, with this Tuareg alone to face the dunes who undulate under the morning sun. The contrast is beautifully made.
Very good work

I like desert shots and I can only appreciate this shot which is well sharing the spirit of the end of day among dunes.
I like the management of this shot in very narrow deep of field and the opposition of colors between the deep blue and orange colors.

Many terrific pictures in your Morocco gallery, dear Gilad. Picking a favourite among them, this one just edges it. Great dof, leaving the curves soft and out of focus, yet capturing the subtleties of the blue clothes of the man. Him sitting just beyond yet another curve, leaving out a bit of the bottom, creates an effect of him floating in air and adds yet more mystery to the shot. Excellent picture!

This is a beautiful photo, the blue clothing of the man is really striking against the earth tones of the sand making him stand out in fine crystal clear sharpness. In the background the sand and how you are blurred it maks it have the illusion of actually being golden water. Lovely result, thanks for sharing.
