Only a close up shot of these little beasts do them justice. Here you can see and admire just how tough these animals are (you HAVE to be very tough to be able to survive in the Serengeti).
Thick tough skin, powerful muscles and mean little tusks enable Warthogs to fend off the main predators of the planes of Africa. I really like them - under rated animals indeed!

One of my favourite animals!!! People use to say they are ugly, but I think they are cute. But I prefer to sit in the jeep when I meet them! Very good picture, but I miss the ham of it. Did you eat it or just cropped it away?
