Photographer’s Note

This picture was shot somewhere between Rimouski and Gaspé on the northern side of the Gaspé Peninsula.

When the engineers built those roads, many mountains were in the way. They digged through the mountains and built the roads between the cliffs and the sea. During cold canadian winters, everything freezes, and the small waterfalls on those cliffs create a thick wall of ice.

If you happen to pass on a warm day, you might see people climbing the ice cliffs.

We call those Wedding dresses... I will let you guest why.
