Stansted Mountfitchet - England

When I remember back these many flights I’ve taken in the past, there is nothing else than the spectacular views of the world below the airplane that remain in my memory; views which we are not able to see from the ground.

Enjoy the view of the world outside the airplane window as I've seen and captured it with my camera.

I’ve taken this photo during take-off from London-Stansted Airport (on board of Ryan Air B 737-800 airplane) on the way from London to Malaga from an altitude of around 2,500 m a.s.l.

Stansted is a hub for a number of major European low-cost carriers, being the largest base for low-cost giant Ryanair with over 100 destinations served by the airline.

In 2011 it was the fourth busiest airport in the United Kingdom after Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester.
Stansted's runway is also used by private companies such as the Harrods Aviation terminal which is opposite the main terminal building and handles private jets and some state visits.

On the photo you can see town of Stansted (left) and Elsenham (right).
