This woman dressed in a mix of occidental & traditional way, is a pious pilgrim with a Tibetan prayer beads in her hands, while going round the cylinders prayers at the Jokhang Monasterie in Lhasa

Hello Maria,

I like your images from Bhutan. This is very unique shot where the lady is dressed in modern clothes and having a bead for counting. The colors and sharpness are fantastic.

Hi Maria,

Somehow nfunny looks her traditional dress and modern stockings and shoes. The pilgrims usually have small prayer wheels, she is maybe more pious with the prayer beeds. Nice shot from Tibet.

excelelnt the snapshot with the native woman to be dressed with mix way,as playing in her hands the Tibetan prayer beads.

Hi Maria
An interesting image, a pilgrim in Lhasa circumambulates the Jokhang, Tibet's holiest temple. The general feeling you've captured here is good certainly gives a feel of what it was like. You were so lucky to catch her in just the right place and this has an immense feeling of calm privacy with prayer wheels in the bg and the detail you have shot is good. Well taken and interesting street pict but i feel the subject is a bit too central in the compo. Congrats, Well done.

P/D. Efectivamente hay un puente romanico sobre el rio Tormes, desde donde se consiguen preciosas imagenes de la catedral, yo creo que tengo una en mi galeria desde esa zona.

Hello Maria,
This is a fine composition with superb colours. I find the woman rather strange, but very attractive, in her mixed clothing style. She looks like she has been dressed by a Paris or Milan designer who has "gone Oriental". I guess she would be a Tibetan extreme upper class lady. Very interesting. I've never seen anyone like her before.
