Ha, ha, Elizabeth, I have a shot just like this which I took in June last year. The rain was bouncing off the ground in just the same way! And, we were told Florence had beautiful weather in May and June! The street tradesmen were doing a good trade in umbrellas and raincoats!
You have captured the mood of this day very well; there is a nice angled aspect, the crouching people tell a tale and the details of the rain are excellent.
