Photographer's Note
An amazing poppy field near Bewdley, Worcestershire, taken in May 2011. This drew many visitors to the town last year, and mine was one of thousands of photographs taken that week. Actually, I took many more photos but I think this may be the best one. I particularly liked the contrast between the red of the poppies and the dark, dramatic sky.
