Photographer’s Note

Joaquina is a crowded beach. Many tourists here speek Spanish, they are coming from Argentina or Uruguay. The sea is often full of jellyfishes but it doesn't stop the swimmers.
I liked the crowd of parasols in this image. Hope you like it too.

Quelle belle plage ! Ça donne envie d'être vite en été, pour profiter de ce genre d'endroit... Une image bien cadrée et aux couleurs intéressantes. Bravo !

Salut Philippe,

Je dois avouer t'envier la netteté dans cette image. Même si nos caméras sont de qualité similaires, j'ai de la difficulté à obtenir des images aux détails parfaits comme ici.

Le point de vue est vraiment bien choisi et les différents éléments sont bien balancés. Les couleurs sont aussi superbes et les prortions juste à points.
Bravo et merci pour cette photo.

Je dois avouer que personnellement, les plages, je les préfère déserte et sauvage. Ce qui n'enlève rien à la beauté de ta photo dont la netteté est vraiment impressionnante. Amitiés, Patty.

The colors here are really neat. I like the bright colors of all those umbrellas. They look extra vibrant against the beach. The water is also extra vibrant. The lighting helps that too by highlighting the beach and keeping the hill in the back in shade. Your point of view over this little dune gives a feel of just arriving at the beach from a block or two away and getting the first look at what's happening there. And it is all so sharp and clear. Another really beautiful image especially when I look outside and see snow on the ground.

Good shot of this beach where the compo includes a nice foreground as well as low horizon to include the fine clouded sky in the back. Inviting beach scene.

Yeah, Joaquina. paradise of surfers in Brasil. where the WTC takes places bringing the most talent surfer from the world. The color are amazing in this picture, but maybe you could go a little bit to the right, so you wouldn´t have so much sain in the first plan. I guess the sand on the left with that green "grass" is competing with the overal image and disturbing a litle bit. Anyway is a very nice picture.
