Photographer's Note

This picture was taken during the Easter Weekend on a visit to the small village Glesvær. Glesvær is situated on the island Sotra west of Bergen. Here there is also a restaurant where one can enjoy local dishes and bacalao. Local enthusiasts organizes both art exhibits and festivals.

Hello Erling.
A very beautiful and interesting image. Pity about the wires and I suggest cropping of at the top to just below them. The houses in the background do not add value, so no harm in losing part of them. In fact. I think cropping off to just above the doors of the boathouses would be a very good option. May I please do a workshop? Best wishes.

Beautiful, all these buildings in a different colour and with such vivid reflections in the dark blue water.
The red facade with the green gates certainly is an eye-catcher.
Very picturesque corner in that village.

Ces petites baraques colorées et leur reflet t'ont permis de réaliser une bien belle photo. On aurait bien sûr préféré sans les fils électriques...mais difficile de tout couper -)

Beautiful shot of these boathouses with amazing colors. This is what I like about Norway. Love the clear reflections. The red and the green is very striking. A very peaceful atmosphere.
