Wonderful symmetrical reflections of this modern desert town, with good sharpness & light contrasts. Lots of highrise buildings & the sun is well positioned between 2 of them at left. Bon weekend!

Hi Jean,
the color of the sunset repeats the one of the desert where Dubai is. Wonderful shot, love the edgy reflections and light. Looking at it feels like I'm revisiting Dubai again. Thanks and cheers.

Bonjour Jean,

Le format vertical est bine choisi. Les réflections dans l'eau ajoutent beaucoup à la composition ainsi que la présence du disque solaire. Les couleurs ambiantes sont douces et chaudes alrs que les immeubles s'y découpent de manière marquée. Excellente netteté de l'image.

A really atmospheric shot, with a hazy tranquility, as the sun sets between the skyscrapers, creating long, rippling reflected silhouettes of the original buildings. There is a deserted silence!

Hi Jean,

This is a beautiful cityscape, so it's interesting to see many skyscrapers standing in front of the bay. It's impressive in the sky dyed light orange and the reflection projected to the bay. And, the sun between skyscrapers draws out additional good effect in this image.

very nice the Sepia format of the image, with the well chosen vertical one, to make it more effective and adorable. The existence of the moon between the high skyscrapers make the image unique.The reflections complete perfectly the image.

Les reflets sur l'eau de la mer sont des atouts à la composition. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails et les couleurs des grattes-ciel. Le coucher de soleil semble être affecté par de la brume de chaleur ou sèche. Bon weelend.

le format vertical convenait très bien pour englober les buildings et leurs reflets. La soleil bien placé, la contre jour bien géré, contre jour qui détache bien les buildings de l'arrière plan.

particular atmosphere, almost dramatic, the color of the sky suggests that there is sand in the air (sand storm coming?).
The picture is very pleasant, especially the contrast between the sky and skyscrapers, as well as the reflection in the water.

J'ai connu de terribles vents de sables au Caire où les fines particules de sable pénétraient dans les appartements fenêtres et volets fermés, ce sable aussi grippait les moteurs des voitures.
Je note une belle luminosité ambiante car on sent que le ciel est chargé de ces fines particules.
