AAA in ruin....it is what it seemed to me to perceive on the wall of this house destroyed by a fire, squatted then tagged.

Triple A en ruine....c'est ce qu'il m'a semblé percevoir sur le mur de cette maison détruite par un incendie, squattée puis taguée.

T'es de retour de période "no photo"...et quand tu reviens tu frappes fort!
Sans mauvais jeu de mot,le "triple A" c'est de l'histoire ancienne pour la France...C'est peut-être ça que le tagger a voulu communiquer en dessinant des lettres dégoulinantes...
Ce 17-55 est vraiment super,c'est à cause de lui que j'ai hésité à bazarder mon matériel Canon format 1.6 avant de passer au 5D...

The colours of the graffiti and the textured wall give a very strong composition. Nicely caught on the diagonal and the dark entrance gives a forbidding atmosphere. An excellent image - TFS.

I dont know if it is a A or D but in effect, as you say, I prefer to see an A in such negletect but colourful scenary. Also the door makes me think of going out more than going in.. Time for reconstruction (not only for France)! eheheh!! AAA a better world!

hi jean,
a well spotted and presented picture. the colours are very well saturated and very appealing, even if it is graffiti on a derelict wall. your viewpoint creates a good perspective and your positioning of the doorway adds additional interest to the composition.

i have always been a fan of graffiti in photography, its so colorful and catches the attention of viewers immediately.
the composition and angle you chose works effectively.
the open doorway is smartly placed at the 1/3 level.

Bien que je n'aime pas les graffitis, je dois admettre que l'impact graphique est indéniable.
Couleurs vives bien capturées. Ce n'est pas le genre de quartiers où je me balade d'habitude, je découvre.

Hello Jean Jacques,
Eventually this building will come down and something new and expensive will be built here instead. Until then this bold graffiti probably serves the area best. From ever new additions and paintings in several layers it has achieved a beauty which should not immediately be frowned upon even by art lovers. You made a good observation and captured the paintings from a good POV.
