Photographer’s Note
A 1 minute time exposure of an approaching storm. The bolts are coming towards me quickly, as the storm does. The thunder from the close one was enough to get me back in my vehicle. Shot with Fuji Provia 100 asa slide film, and F8, with about 1 minute exposure time. Do not attempt unless you know storms! It's dangerous. I have done this 13 years now.

Terrifying and terrific catch here Dave. Nature at work. Horizon crooked, but otherwise just perfect. Well done.

Bravo Dave, to capture the "Fingers of God" is truly as exhilarating as it is perilous. One false move and ya get to meet Him. I still have my Oklahoma journeyman electrician licence and with that, my fascination with all things that go Boom and Spark!
