Wow!!!

Beautiful slow shutter shot. Nice sharp static objects well balanced by the silky smooth foggy and flowy water and the clouds. Lovely bright sky and a bautifully compossed shot. Awestuck.

First one question: 30 second or 3 second?
Second: Amazing efect of interestin experiment with slow shutter. Interesting contarst between sharp static objects and foggy bluured and water and the clouds.
