Photographer’s Note
I saw this face also in front of the National Museum in the UK and in Lugano. This one is in the dunes in Scheveningen as part of the museum sculptures at sea. The name of the artist is Igor Mitoraj and the sculpture is called "Light of the moon".

The picture look not sharp enough. May be good if USM is done.
