very gd portrait...nice B/W colour contrast & sharpness with a gd exposoure value...I also like his expression...superb shot...

Hi Jurgen,
This is a really good portrait. I like its composition and the way the monk is looking out of the frame. B&W is also a great choice. I would prefer to increase sharpness a little due to converting to B&W to make this photo more impressive.
