A beautiful photo of this little one here...really quite adorable with her white cap on and the snow falling around and on her. A wonderful expression on her face, too.
I've been thinking of both you and Akihisa here on TrekEarth, and my heart and thoughts go out to you and your country. Hope that assistance comes quickly to the people hard hit by this tragedy.

Hello Takero - The news out of Japan does not get better and you and your people are close to our hearts. A cute little girl in the midst of winter but soon it will be spring and her serious little face will be transformed by a smile. Take care. Rosemary

Dear Takero and the whole japanese nation!!!!!!
I`m very very impressed by the discipline of Japanese people living and working these days.
I many other countries there would be depredations and chaos after such a tragedy.
This is a symbolic shot for your nation!
Her innocent face gives hope!
and thanks a lot for for your e- Mail last saturday

The pretty girl looks wet and cold, but I am sure she soon got warm and comfortable. I can only hope she symbolizes the Japanese people who no doubt will get back on their feet even though these days are diffcult and threatening. I wish her and all of you a quick escape from this nightmare.

We're following the news here! Really hope the situation will get better soon for you all! A great portrait - She seems a really strong little girl, facing you directly in the middle of the snow.A great portrait, and surely a sign of strenght and hope! The snow will soon pass and the sun will shine again, I'm sure, Takero!
All my thoughts with you all, the Japanese people!
daddo (22308) 2011-03-16 5:03
Hi dear Takero. It saddens me to think of so many beautiful children lost forever, their lives never being fulfilled. When I look at this little face I realize how much Japan has lost, in some cases three and maybe four generations in a family, in a village in a district. Your people have suffered before and have rebuilt, so will they again. may your gods give you strength. My prayers are for you all. Klaudio.
thaprem (2554) 2011-04-05 7:05
Exactly like that pristine expression, Japan takes things in stride and moves ahead of this dark times with hope and determination as the shield! I salute you and your nation for that rare commodity expressed so well here in the frame and in real life.
