Photographer’s Note
This was taken during a snow storm at the Hermitage near Mt. Cook.
I was taken by the background buildings and mountains obscured by the falling snow, and the snowy foreground trees. I don't know if that is a bird in the tree but it looks like it.
For me this photo captures the mood.
