I just love the pov that you have chosen, here.
The two sides of the river are delightfully connected by the detailed bridge, giving a fine sense of perspective. Besides this, there are leads via the pathway and via the river. There are so many exciting options! For me, the composition would be hard to improve.
On the improvement front, I think there is room for a little sharpening and lightening, to give energy to those fluffy clouds and those lovely reflections.
I have done a w/s as a suggestion. I hope you approve of the changes.

Lovely shot! I like the perspective created by the railings and the bridge, but I need a little bit more sky above. Blue hour woud be perfect time to take this shot. I posted a WS with m0re bridge details and brighter reflections. Anyway, good job. TFS
