Life in Saigon. Bikes everywhere. Everyone moving, everyone has somewhere to go. Young, fast and alive. My kind of town.
This girl was moving extra fast ...she really had somewhere to go. Whew.
...and yes, Ho Chi Minh, but it's still Saigon there.

Wow... I know how difficult is to get a clean shot like this one... Very well executed ! Congratulations.

Panning shots are very difficult to make, but when you make it, they are excellent. The sense of movement and the extra challenges is what I like about this type of photography. You have made a wonderful panning shot! The blur in the background is perfect. It's nice because it has different colours, but also because you can't see what it is. The photo suits very well to your little note, which together slightly gives me an impression of your city. A busy town, many in movement... Well captured!

the result of the panning is quite unbelievable when i see the green behind the green jacket whereas it is perfectly sharp, and the speed of 1/80s, i wonder if it is done by some photoshoping? such an effect would be similar with f/8 at a speed of about 1/10s... but i can be wrong, sorry for my suspicion. however, the picture is gorgeous

Playful panning shot, the explosively colourful bg is really superb. She's really going somewhere and us lookers-on will have to make do with the 'hello' painted on the side!

All my congratulations for this panning, well realised with a superb blurred BG and a sharp subject and well located in the frame.

On the second thought I just curiously want to ask you, did you blur the background using a software? it doesn't look like though but the blurness looks too blurry for the sharpness of the subject.

I can see now that you are an expert panner - if there is such a thing! I read that the background has had a little extra treatment but you had great material to work with. Tfs, Marlene
