Photographer's Note
While staying in Puno at Lake Titicaca we decided to venture out for a day to see what Peruvian life was like off the beaten path. We hired a driver for the day and told him to take us to his favorite towns, and Lampas was one of those. The town was beautiful and the people were so friendly. I was struck by the simple beauty of this house - it looked so peaceful and idyllic.
