Photographer's Note

The most important Plougastel, as its name suggests Breton: Porz = Port; Meur = great!

Porz-Meur is one of seven small ports of the Plougastel peninsula, famous for its strawberries. Hard to imagine, however, he was the most important port in the nineteenth century Plougastel. Today, after a long period simply to welcome the departure of pilgrims to St. Anne La Palud, the port Tinduff was dethroned.
