Photographer's Note
This is taken on my hike to see Cerro Fitz Roy or Monte Fitz Roy, Clouds quickly gather and by the time we got there in a couple of hours, it was all in the clouds. I was fortunate enough to have seen it in the morning from our camp.
A famous quote by Greg Anderson, “Focus on the journey, not the destination. Joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it.”
See This one taken in the morning.

Hello Way
Brilliant composition, as usual.
Perfectly exposed in the bottom half. However, the sky could probably have used a grad.
Bravo
Chris
PS - I know that the other one was taken in the morning, but the colors are so different. The pp process ?

Sabaidiii Way,
So beautiful, natural, colorful and the background .. I prefer this one than the second you did in the morning. THis one is, i do not really how to explain it, or perhaps repeating the words ' joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it'. Wonderful composition, and a beauty. Thanks a lot to share it with us.
Best wishes,
Roser

Hi Way,
Fascinating mix of warm brown tones on the valley and cool blue ones on mountains and sky. Vegetation seems to be well adapted for harsh climate there. Sharp peaks are impressive.

Ciao dear Way,
although there is no sun, you've captured a beautiful image nicely colored by the vegetation. In addition to the landscape in this photo you can appreciate the perfect quality, especially the excellent sharpness, which helps to give depth until to the distant peaks. Excellent!
Ciao, have a beautiful day!

Hi Way,
picturesque the scene with the earthy colours tints of the ground with the eye to lead-in on the snowy Mt. I like the foreground trees as the lonely one on the left with its reddish leafs that decorates the whole image so pleasantly. The quote of Greg Anderson has its specific weight.Well done.

Sabaidie Way
I am planning a trip to the mountains and your pictures would be assets for giving me idea of how to shoot such landscapes. Exposure is superb especially in the part where the snow capped mountains almost merge with the clouds. Wonderful colours in the FG, which lead us to the mountains. Excellent!

I'm ten minutes here, trying to decide whether to comment this one or the Eiffel tour... you know the story of the donkey of Buridano? It's a paradox quoted in medieval philosophy... if you put two carrots at the same distance in front of a hungry donkey, the donkey will starve not being able to decide which one to eat! (:-) I'm like that!
The beauty of this composition, in my view, is due to the different layers, of different colours, but equally fine and in harmony with each others. You can immediately perceive that the whole image has a inner harmony. Even the sky seems fit for this kind of landscape. The French have a nice expression: "comme il faut"!
Well, after all I did not starve! (:-)
Cheers,
Donato

Hi Way,
the view is fantastic, I am so jealous.
I like your composition, how you positioned the main view a bit asymmetrically in the frame also the dried tree is a nice element here. Beautiful place, excellent presentation,

Hi Way, firstly I must comment on those dramatic peaks, the mountains are so huge, craggy and grand. You must be fit to be hiking in such extreme conditions. The other thing that strikes me about this photo are the red tones of the trees. They seem like something out of a Japanese garden! The quote of Greg Anderson in your Note sums up everything about your photo, your trip to South America and indeed, about our lives in general. TFS and I wish you a happy weekend (with perhaps some nice wine and cheesy biscuits as I am enjoying now on this Friday evening :) Warm regards, Lisa

Hello Way,
Despite the dull weather at the moment of capturing this scene, it looks extremely picturesque due to the snow-covered, steep mountains in the background and the very interesting and nice foreground. Excellent presentation of the place as it usually is!
Best regards,

Hello Way,
The snow is white, but there no overlighted pieces. You can see the details in the clouds, but there no hard shadows in the picture. The balance between land and sky is even great.....Excellent lighted picture and also excellent composition.
Friendly regards,
Robert
