Photographer’s Note
I am going to share with you some shots describing the Dzay minority at work with their colorful clothes, before inviting you to their Sunday Market in Bac-Ha. Having these snapshots posted here, I am looking toward your comments, critique and suggestions (please tell me what you expect to see but I missed!). Hopefully I will be well armed with your inputs when returning to this lovely destination. (This is a REPOST version)

Here, a girl pulls up early sprouts of rice from seeding beds, then bundles them before another farmer delivers to the planting pads.

[Thank you for your kind critiques, Sophie.
I am not sure if anything I could do to have it better, except searching for the original PRINT, scanning again, and REPOSTING.
It takes time, but I believe I must try, prior to having it in better way (if any), to show my sincere respect and thanks to friends in TE who also spent time to tell me that they cared.
Thanks a thousand time, Sophie!
Have agood day! I have to run to work now]

Good color and angle of shot. i find the face a bit grainy. the overexposed background is just ok it helped bring out the colorful dress of the girl. i like the overall composition ...rgds

This reposting is better than the first one. Thank you for the attempt to learn from others. I agreed with Sophie's critique.

Hi again. The repost is a lot better than the previous version. That said, I still think it could be technically better; I can still see a few JPEG artifacts, particularly around the face where you really want everything to be sharp and the pic is a bit overexposed. I suspect the overexposure could be fixed during post processing. Still a nice pic.

Thanks for taking the time to repost your picture, it does look better, although I agree there still are some artefacts, on the girl's face for instance. Do you resize and save your picture many times before posting?
It still is a very interesting scene, and well composed.
