I took this photo in one of the many Jaipur slums. I went there with my friend, Alek Rawski, who is the “general” photographer of the Polish military missions. As a matter of fact, the self-confidence I’ve got, when I’m holding the camera in my hand, I learned from Alek. As I’ve always had strong need of competition, when I saw Alek pushing his lens into the faces of suprised locals, I thought, ‘why shouldn’t I’.

Very beautiful B&W with good management of light!
Finally, the composition of this picture is strong and very attractive with the main looking of this young boy and 2 other ones: foreground and background.
