- Hermival-les-Vaux – Very close to Lisieux, the small village of Hermival-les-Vaux shelters one of the most famous animalist parks of France, the CERZA (Centre d'Étude et de Reproduction Zoologique Augeron), more than 600 animals frolic here on an area of 60 hectares, forest habitat for species living almost free, like this beautiful lonely Oryx.

Une toute belle photo animalière avec les détails et l'attitude de l'animal bine captés et qui ressortent à merveille sur vert intense de l'herbe qui semble faire le bonheur de ce solitaire. Bel équilibre dans la composition avec l'espace laissé libre sur la gauche de l'image.

Hello Giorgio,

This is not a native of Normandie I think?
But still there are some similarities with domesticated cattle and I will guess the meat taste very much the same...
Good capture of the grazing beast, very good details in the fur coat!
