Photographer’s Note

Photo of Funchal rising up across the hills taken from the park right next to the telepheric station.
Right next to this park lies the older part, and most interesting in my opinion, of Funchal.
To the right of this photo is Forte of S. Tiago a rock solid fortification, now used as a museum.
In my back is the maritime walkaway which goes over and over thru Funchal.

Bonita esta tua foto da cidade do Funchal de noite me faz lembrar o Rio de Janeiro devido as luzes das casas pelas colinas , belo ponto de visão , boas cores, parabéns !!

Beautiful architecture photo with the town rising up the hill and surrounded by beautiful natural environment and dense vegetation. Great pov, framing and composition, nice to see the people on the lower part. Despite the bad weather conditions, you managed the light very well, bringing out some beautiful colors!

Olá Paulo,
bonita escena en la que las personas que pasean nos introducen en una vista preciosa sobre la ciudad de Funchal, con interesante arquitectura y con una integración de las casas con la vegetación al trepar por la colina que da un excelente resultado gráfico.
La neblina que empieza a cubrir las colinas añade un bonito efecto.
