Castle Ogrodzieniec is located in Podzamcze, about 2 kilometers from Ogodzieniec city.
Castle Ogrodzieniec was built on the beginning of XIV century and was a part of fortification called "Eagle's Nests". Their purpose was to protect polish southern border from Ottoman's Empire. Castle, first was wooden then upgraded to stone.
The castle was abandoned in 1810. Part of the fortifications, towers, and other structures survived and can be seen today.

Witaj Krzysiu. To potê¿ne zamczysko, by³em tam kilka razy.
Imponuje swoj± wielko¶ci±. £adna fotka, ale i pogoda Ci sprzyja³a. Te ruiny na tle b³êkitu nieba s± po prostu powalaj±ce. Podoba mi siê, pozdrawiam Piotr.

Bardzo malownicze ruiny i swietny kadr ale osobiscie wolalbym bardziej dramatyczne niebo ktore nadaloby tej scenie nieco tajemniczosci. Niestety warunkow sie nie wybiera.
