Photographer’s Note
The Plotterkill Preserve consist of three high falls and eight miles of hiking trails around a high narrow gorge.
The falls are best seen from the bottom and a much safter approach. Wet feet can be expected if you do not use waterproof foot wear.

Hi Tom,
Pretty nice shot here of this weeping waterfall, and your favorite friend made it into the photo too! The vertical perspective works well here and I like the logs in the foreground. TFS. GErald

Hi Tom
I love the the dog at left. Brought a smile to my face. Not really noticeable in the thumbnail so a nice surprise upon opening. Oh & the waterfall is nice, too!

Hi Tom
A very beautiful waterfall and there is even a living being, a dog - is it your dog??? You really feel the water flowing, only the sound is missing. Perfect capture and execution with high sharpness and saturated colors. Well done
Best regards

Nicely done Tom
The shutter speed was slow enough to get the water in motion. The whole scene is nicely exposed and you dog adds to the FG interest. It looks like he is thinking "geez is he going to take more pictures?"

Hello Tom,
A good capture of these falls. The dog with his hangdog expression is a real bonus and adds a touch of vitality and humour. Sharpness is excellent.

Hello Tom,
That brown little fellow popping in at the corner looks a bit sad, maybe that's because he realizes this water isn't for swimming..?
But it looks good in pictures, as the fine veil of water is wrapping the rock...
Well framed with good details!

Hello Tom,
An eexcellent and very efficience of vertical format for the presentation of these falls. The details of the water very well collected give an impression of rythm, of dynamism, of movement. I like the "expression" and the glance of the dog on the left.
Have a nice week,
Roger

Hello Tom,
the fall is really fine and I like the sight of the black slate rock behind and the pine tree branch above. Especially the lower part where the water creates interesting patterns.
I wonder if it would have been nicer with the whole dog instead than half. It's so clear that I shudder at the cold feeling of the water! (:-)
Best regards,

Hi Tom
There are beavers around here?
Nice view on the fall, perhaps it was possible to more include the dog inside the picture.

G'Day Tom,
Nice verticle of the falls. Love the inclusion of the fg timber. That darn dog looks like he is saying, 'Aww comon already with the photographing' but he seems also to have so much patience and is saying 'Oh well' :)
Cheers,
Graham.
