Volterra is a nice small city in the Tuscany.

Volterra was an important etrusc center. Built at the top of a hill Volterra preserved its structur architectural of the Middle Age.

quelc aadrag sur cett rue, tu est un grans spécialiste des rue ave facades colorés, tu trouve toujours le meilleur point de captage, avec les lamppes, les volets, les personnage, couleur et vivacité, superbe.

Good Morning Roger,

Your pov, using a portrait format, which excludes a view of the sky, emphasises the height of the buildings and the narrowness of the street. I like how you have used the f/g pots to balance the person on the left.
Lovely details. I have never, ever, before, seen a boar's head as an external decoration!!!

J'aime beaucoup ces petites rues qui sont partout en Europe! Elles nous invitent à nous promener calmement sans soucis en regardant tous leurs détails merveilleux!

Hello Roger,
A good capture of this typically Italian street. The vertical format is well chosen; whilst the people contribute much to the atmosphere, particularly the lady walking towards us. I like the tonal contrasts offered by the shrubs against the predominantly ochre toned architecture. Have a good Sunday.

The vertical format is well managed here to show this pleasant street, from "top to bottom". The boar´s head on the wall is a good detail, as are the random people that you also included.

A very nice image qui montre l'atmosphère quotidienne de la rue, la composition dans vertical accentue différents éléments verticaux qui existent sur la photo, en créant un effet optique de beaucoup attractif. Une couleur très naturelle très bien équilibrée.

mi piace molto il taglio verticale che hai dato alla foto, dando veramente l'impressione dei vicoli stretti e delle alte case tipiche dei paesi della Toscana. L'immagine è molto ricca di dettagli piacevoli (compresa la bella signora) ed ha una eccellente prospettiva. Veramente bella, Complimenti!

It's an interesting angle, but I guess you must have had your reason, possibly a white sky. Personally I would crop the plant pots in the FG, I would focus on the people, but once again, I have not been there so I do not know how it looked. Otherwise well done, fine sharpness, well saturated colors and great DOF due to the street and the buildings at the right. Well done

The lovely lady in red and black really grabs the eye giving fantastic depth to this beautiful vertical image.
